Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy covers the pages we operate at insurewithkish.com, including the quote and coverage-review pages, the ticket drawing (the giveaway page and its official rules) and every form and phone number on those pages. It does not cover websites we link to — Google, Meta, or the insurance carriers whose products we compare. Those companies have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Your name, email address, phone number, city and ZIP. If you ask for a quote or a coverage review, it also includes the address being insured, the vehicles or property involved, your current carrier and any coverage details you choose to give us. You decide what to send: asking for a quote is never required to take part in the drawing.
• What the drawing records. Your entry details, and which optional boxes you ticked — including whether you said yes or no to being contacted about an insurance review, so we can prove we only contact people who agreed.
• Technical information. IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting and by the cookies and pixels described below.

Why we use it

• To run the ticket drawing: confirm your entry, answer questions about it, select and notify the winner, and transfer the prize.
• To prepare and discuss the quotes and coverage reviews you ask for, including passing your details to the carrier or carriers whose products are being compared so they can consider and price the coverage.
• To contact you in the ways you have agreed to (next section).
• To keep the records a licensed insurance agency is required to keep, to prevent fraud, and to understand how the website and our advertising are working.

Calls, texts and emails

We call, text or email you only where you have asked us to or given us permission. When you submit a form you agree that The CRK Group Insurance Agency and the licensed agent handling your request may contact you at the number and address you give, including by call, text message and automated or prerecorded message, about the request you made. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, reply HELP for help, or tell us at any time and we stop. For the ticket drawing, being contactable is not a condition of entering or of winning, an insurance review is optional and is offered separately, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only:

• with the insurance carrier or carriers whose products you have asked us to compare, so they can consider and price the coverage you asked about, and with their underwriters;
• with the service providers that run parts of this for us — website hosting, email and text-message delivery, and the agency's customer records system — under contracts that limit them to using your information for us;
• where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Cookies and advertising pixels

This site uses cookies and similar technologies so the pages work and so we can measure advertising. That includes the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which can tell Meta that a visit to this site happened and may be used to show our advertising to people elsewhere; Meta's own privacy policy then governs what Meta does with that. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, your device's advertising settings, or Meta's ad preferences. We do not sell information collected by cookies.

How long we keep it

• Ticket drawing entries: through the drawing and the winner verification, then deleted on request or when the promotion and its records are closed out.
• Quote and review requests: while we are working on your request, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep records of the quotes we provide.
• When you ask us to delete something, we keep only the minimum needed to honour a do-not-contact request, so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your choices and your rights

However you live in Ohio or anywhere else, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop contacting you, or take back a permission you gave — including the optional review offer in the drawing. Email crkgroup@allstate.com or call (614) 986-0000 and say what you want done. There is no form to fill in, no portal and no charge, and we answer within 30 days. Replying STOP to a text, or asking us on the phone, always works too.

Keeping it safe

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit who inside the agency can see it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security; if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

The ticket drawing is open to Ohio residents 18 and older, and insurance products on this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the effective date above. If a change materially affects people whose details we hold, we will tell them the same way we normally contact them. Continuing to use the site after an update means the current version applies.

Effective October 16, 2026. This policy describes this website and the forms and phone numbers on it. It does not change the terms of any insurance policy, and it does not change the official rules of the ticket drawing.
