The winner is drawn from eligible entries received before the close of the entry period, on the 1st, and notified by email first. If we cannot reach the winner after reasonable attempts, the rules let us draw an alternate.
One entry per person per monthly drawing. Duplicate entries in the same month do not improve your odds, and entering again next month is welcome — each month is a fresh drawing with a fresh winner.

You will get confirmation that your entry was received, and the outcome of the drawing. If we ever email about anything else, every one of those emails has a working unsubscribe link. We are a five-person agency, not an email operation.
The card goes out after the winner confirms their details, normally within a few business days of the draw. If you enter and hear nothing, you were not drawn that month — and you are welcome to enter the next one.

One prize per monthly drawing: a prepaid fuel card with a retail value of $500 (five hundred dollars). The prize is awarded as a prepaid card and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. The prize is non-transferable. The sponsor is not responsible for any retailer's decision about where the card may be used. No prize substitution except by the sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize cannot be supplied.
The winner is drawn on the 1st from all eligible entries received during that entry period. The winner is notified by email first, and then by phone if no reply is received, using the details supplied at entry. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable time, or is found ineligible, the sponsor may draw an alternate winner. The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and to sign a short prize acknowledgement. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable monthly entry period. The sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel a monthly drawing if it cannot be run as planned, and will post notice on this page if that happens.
Information you provide is used to administer the drawing, to contact you about the outcome, and to keep the entry record required for a promotion of this kind. It is not sold. By entering you agree to be contacted about this drawing only. You may ask us to delete your entry details at any time by contacting the agency.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final. Entrants release the sponsor from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or use of the prize. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
